About
Welcome! We are a professional organization dedicated to improving the visibility of Asian American/Pacific Islander issues in the media, promoting and training AAPIs in the newsroom and strengthening ties between news networks and our AAPI communities in Oregon.
We are a local chapter of the Asian American Journalists Association and composed mostly of AAPI journalists (though, as some of our members will tell you, we are very open-minded and enlist members who are neither of those things!)
Please contact us at portland.aajaATgmail.com or ask to get on our mailing list!
