Improve your journalistic skills, in Florida, for free
AAJA in partnership with The Poynter Institute is offering the second of two fellowships for 2008.
AAJA members can choose from nine courses in multimedia, TV producing, leadership for the print newsroom, advanced copy editing and more. The courses will be held this year at The Poynter
Institute in St. Petersburg, FL.
Applicants should be full-time employees of a print, broadcast or online news organization, or
journalism educators. Freelancers are welcome to apply. The selected fellows will have transportation costs to The Poynter Institute covered by AAJA. Tuition and hotel costs will be covered by Poynter.
The following is a list of Poynter seminars that would qualify for the AAJA/Poynter Fellowship.
Deadline is 7/1/08.

12/7-12/12 The Complete TV Producer (II)
12/7-12/12 Leadership For New Managers (II)
